Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotaping is a therapeutic method based on the application of special elastic patches (tapes) for the treatment and rehabilitation of muscles, joints, tendons, and other tissues. The use of the patch helps to improve blood circulation, reduce pain syndrome, and accelerate recovery.

Kinesiotapes are used for the treatment of visceral and neurological pain to offload tissues, minimize shooting pains, and reduce inflammation.
The essence of the Kinesiotaping method lies in the fact that the tape (an elastic, hypoallergenic strip) reduces the load on the affected area. This facilitates faster recovery and minimizes the negative sensations caused by the injury.
The tape serves as a supportive system for muscles and joints without blocking movement. It facilitates comfortable recovery after injuries.
The use of tape can reduce pain without medication or surgery.
